Rusmanta

Rusmanta graduated in 1997 from the Faculty of Law of Padjadjaran University in Bandung.

Rusmanta have wide range experienced in General Corporate Matters, Property Matters, Merger and Acquisition Matters, Labor Matters, Investment Matters, Multi Finance Matters and Restructuring Matters, especially in relation with providing assistance and recommendation or provide corporate counseling in many Indonesia corporations, drafting agreements, negotiate, providing legal opinions and handling general meeting of shareholders, including collaboration with foreign law-firm and/or government agencies.

Due to his experience, He also have experience especially in Telecommunication Matters and Infrastructure for Telecommunication matters including in-building telecommunication coverage.
